Concrete Roof Washing in San Luis Obispo, CA
I recently received a call from a man who needed his concrete tile roof cleaned. He was in the process of getting permitted to install solar panels on his roof and he needed to have the roof cleaned before he could get approval. A clean roof provides a safer surface for solar panel technicians to walk on, not to mention its always a better idea to have the roof cleaned before installing brand new solar panels. Of course, the best part about getting a professional roofwash is having a great looking home and making all of your neighbors jealous!
The first step was to remove all of the green, yellow, and black organic growth with a low pressure cleaning. This step removes all of the topical growth that makes the roof ugly and slippery. Next, we apply our special postwash solutions that works on the organic growth beneath the surface of the roof tile. This solutions kills the roof of that Algae so that the roof will not just look clean, but stay clean for years to come. Finally, we clean out all of the gutters and clean up any overspray.
