Cleaning the roof of this two story mansion was a daunting task, but here at Pinnacle Exterior Solutions where quality and professionalism is our main goal, our cleaning technicians came through with 5 star results yet again! This roof was covered in organic growth such as algae and moss along with bird droppings from all of the seagulls. We cleaned the roof with low pressure, cleaned out all of the gutters, and applied our postwash solution to restore this to its original glory. With the roof cleaned up so good, this property was almost as enjoyable to look at as the ocean view the property had. This customer couldn’t believe the drastic results.
