Concrete Roof Cleaning in Nipomo, CA
A very nice man called me with a need to have his roof cleaned because he would was going to have new solar panels attached to his roof. After I explained to him our thorough process of cleaning the roof and great price he was convinced he had called the right company. When I first payed eyes on this roof I could barely tell what the original color was due to all of the black organic growth that had built up. It was time to get to work and make this roof pop once again.
First we made sure all vehicles were moved away from the house so overspray wouldn’t get them dirty. Next we covered valuable items surrounding the property so that they wouldn’t get dirty in the cleaning business as well. Now it was time to get that roof cleaned. We clean the roof with a low pressure cleaning, followed by a soft wash application to kill any remaining organic growth. Finally, we clean out all of the gutters and downspouts and cleanup any remaining mess leftover buy the overspray. This man also opted to have us clean his windows with deionized water. Needless to say this homeowners roof land windows looked great and he was completely satisfied!
