I received a phone call from a very nice woman who was looking for a professional to clean her concrete tile roof in a timely manner. I assured her that she had called the right people for the job. This tall two story home had gone decades without the roof being cleaned so it wasn’t a surprise when I saw the roof covered in black and yellow organic growth. First we start out with a low pressure cleaning to remove all of the buildup that has accumulated over the years. We are careful not to damage or affect the roof, the property, or any of the surrounding buildings in the process. Next we apply our biodegradable solution to the roof that kills any remaining organic growth that might remain to ensure the most thorough cleaning possible. Job well done. The before and after pictures were amazing. A little pricey considering it is your water and electricity that is used. Your really paying for the moss deep cleaner, use of equipment and labor. Which I will say labor was pretty intense considering the height of my home. Will recommend.
