Concrete and Stucco Cleaning in Arroyo Grande, CA

Recently, a very nice homeowner gave me a call for some cleaning of a stucco wall and concrete that had dreadful black algae streaks. After a short conversation with the homeowner, I assured her that we could definitely remove those black streaks and in a manner that wouldn’t damage any of her property. Here at Pinnacle Exterior Solutions we have the most up to date softwash equipment so we can clean effectively, quickly, safely.

To start we apply the softwash solution that kills all of the organic build up. This softwash solution allows us to clean in a way that is not fully reliant on pressure alone. If we solely relied on cleaning with high pressure we could risk removing paint, stucco, and even etching concrete. Obviously these are things we would always avoid. After we let the softwash solution really break down and kill the algae, we can start with low pressure wash that essentially rinses away all of that ugly black organic material. After we were done cleaning the homeowner could hardly believe there were any ugly black streaks to begin with.
