Clay Tile Roof Cleaning in San Luis Obispo, CA

I recently received a phone call from a resident who lives in the country club of San Luis Obispo who desperately needed their clay tile roof cleaned. This homeowner lives in a beautiful neighborhood and wanted his home to reflect that as well. After we spoke, I assured him that calling Pinnacle Exterior Solutions was the right call and we would make him a very happy customer! When I first set eyes on the roof I was shocked because the roof was black! This roof hadn’t been cleaned in decades. Not a problem!

First we clean all of the organic growth on the surface of the tiles. We are careful to use only enough pressure to clean the roof, but not enough pressure to damage the property. We do this by following the clay tile manufacturers recommended instructions for roof maintenance. We also take advantage of this time working on the roof to clean out the gutters of any leaves or other debris that could cause water from draining properly. Next, we apply a postwash solution that kills any remaining organic growth that lives beneath the surface of the clay tile. By doing this we really take care of the root problem and help prevent any ugly algae from growing back quickly. Finally we do a clean up and walkthrough with the homeowner. This clay roof turned out fantastic! Needless to say we left another customer satisfied and happy.
